Job summary

TOA Global, a trusted outsourcing partner for US accounting, seeks a US Junior Accountant in the Philippines. The role focuses on end-to-end accounting and tax compliance for North American clients, with oversight from senior accountants.

Work onsite at our modern facilities (Clark/Cebu/Manila/Tarlac), on a Monday–Friday night shift. You'll use QuickBooks, US GAAP, and build expertise in tax returns, GL leadership, and financial statement preparation.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years US accounting experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Ability to prepare tax returns and financial statements under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prepare US federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations.
• Own the General Ledger, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Draft financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
• Assist with payroll and sales tax compliance and coordinate with US team.
