TOA Global Pty in Clark, Philippines, is seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to join our onsite finance team. You will handle daily bookkeeping, end-to-end payroll, GL reconciliations, and monthly/quarterly compliance using Xero and MYOB.

The role welcomes fresh graduates up to 2 years’ experience, requires a Bachelor’s in Accountancy, and emphasizes accuracy, English communication, and a proactive mindset in a collaborative small team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy (fresh graduates welcome).
• Up to 2 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience preferred.
• Hands-on with cloud accounting tools like Xero and MYOB; strong MS Office skills.

Responsabilités

• General Ledger & bank reconciliations for client ledgers.
• Prepare BAS/IAS including GST and PAYG.
• End-to-end payroll processing and payroll tax returns.
• Month-end adjustments, reporting, and cash flow planning.
