AKOI Management seeks a detail-oriented Junior US Bookkeeper in Manila to support U.S. client workflows.

You will process daily transactions, perform reconciliations, and help maintain clean financial records under mentorship from seasoned accountants. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 6 months to 2 years in bookkeeping or accounting; US accounts a plus.
• Hands-on with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and basic Excel.
• Strong written and spoken English for client support.
• Detail-oriented with high organization; eager to learn US tax standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update client financial records in QuickBooks Online.
• Assist with bank, credit card, and account reconciliations.
• Review supporting schedules and tax documents for year-end filings.
• Collaborate with the Account Manager to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare financial reports, schedules, and admin files for management.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of client data.
