Job summary

Office Beacon LLC is seeking an Insurance Back-Office Support Specialist to support a US-based agency with day-to-day operations for personal and commercial lines.

You will handle quotes, new business setup, policy servicing, COIs, and claims-related follow-ups while coordinating with carriers and clients in a fast-paced environment. Night shifts and US Pacific Time hours are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience in insurance operations or insurance back-office support.
• Experience handling personal and/or commercial lines.
• Hands-on experience using AMS such as APEX.
• Experience with new business setup and policy servicing.
• Experience servicing existing insurance clients.
• Experience processing COIs.
• Experience assisting with claims-related concerns.
• Experience monitoring or following up on client payments.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work a night shift to accommodate US-based clients.
• Available to work during US/Pacific Time business hours.
• Willingness to work onsite (Philexcel Clark, Pampanga).

Responsibilities

• Generate insurance quotes for personal and commercial lines.
• Process and follow up on new business opportunities.
• Set up new client accounts and policies in the AMS.
• Service existing clients and handle day-to-day policy requests.
• Process and issue COIs.
• Assist with claims-related inquiries and follow-ups.
• Monitor client accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Maintain accurate client, policy, and account information.
• Process policy changes and servicing requests.
• Coordinate with carriers, clients, and internal teams.
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Perform insurance data entry and documentation.
• Manage multiple client requests and priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Provide reliable back-office support to the agency and clients.
