Job summary

The role supports multiple commercial insurance accounts and ensures accurate policy information and timely renewal actions.

The successful candidate will coordinate renewal timelines, interact with clients and carriers, and maintain organized policy documentation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with EZLynx.
• Experience supporting commercial lines insurance accounts.
• Experience processing COIs and renewal documentation.
• Experience using ACORD forms for applications or renewals.
• Strong client communication via professional email.

Responsibilities

• Process and issue COIs accurately and promptly.
• Pull renewal documents and information from insurance carrier portals.
• Upload and organize renewal documents in EZLynx.
• Send emails to clients requesting updated information for renewal quotes.
• Gather and organize ACORD forms and other documentation for shopping renewals.
• Send renewal communications and documentation to clients.
• Update EZLynx with renewal policy information once policies are processed.
• Review and update certificate information following policy renewals.
• Issue updated certificates to clients and other authorized parties.
• Maintain accurate and complete insurance account documentation.
• Coordinate renewal-related information between clients, carriers, and internal teams.
• Follow established procedures to ensure renewal and certificate requests are completed accurately and on time.
