Qualifications

• Experience in insurance operations or back-office roles.
• Experience with commission reporting and policy tracking.
• Familiar with insurance agency systems.
• Ability to coordinate with producers, CSRs, and vendors.
• Willingness to work night shift for US clients.
• On-site work at Philexcel Clark, Pampanga.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain commission reports using applicable agency systems.
• Track policies to identify cancellations and rewrites within a 60-day period.
• Review and verify chargebacks and follow up on discrepancies.
• Track and verify reinstated policies.
• Review and process bad lead returns to lead vendors.
• Verify daily quotes reported by producers.
• Track and verify service renewal calls by producers or team members.
• Perform accurate data entry for policy rewrites to support the CSR team.
• Maintain accurate policy, commission, lead, and activity records in AgencyZoom and APEX.
• Review submitted information for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with producers and CSRs when information is missing or requires clarification.
• Assist with maintaining accurate operational records and completing daily administrative tasks.
• Follow established processes and deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
