Job summary

MicroSourcing invites you to join the Insurance Operations team as an Insurance Operations Specialist. You will manage the full eligibility lifecycle for small group accounts, from setup to ongoing maintenance, across multiple systems.

You will also support seasonal quoting during peak periods and ensure accurate enrollment records and timely carrier submissions. Ideal candidates bring insurance operations experience, strong data accuracy, and excellent communication with U.S.-based teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in insurance eligibility administration or benefits operations.
• Direct experience with small group health insurance is preferred.
• Experience supporting a U.S.-based insurance brokerage is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own full eligibility lifecycle for small group accounts from enrollment to termination.
• Process enrollment forms and submit to carriers within deadlines.
• Verify eligibility data and coordinate with carriers on confirmations and IDs.
• Maintain organized client files and ensure data quality across systems.
