Job summary

Office Beacon (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a highly organized P&C Insurance Policy Processing Specialist to support Account Executives with policy administration and servicing.

This non-client-facing role focuses on processing, documentation, tracking, reconciliation, and follow-through, in a night-shift schedule aligned with US business hours. Ideal candidates will have US Property & Casualty experience, preferably in personal lines or high-net-worth accounts, and strong Applied Epic

Qualifications

• Prior experience in US Property & Casualty insurance.
• Experience supporting personal lines, high-net-worth personal lines, or independent agencies.
• Experience processing endorsements, policy changes, cancellations, billing requests, and other policy transactions.
• Experience using carrier websites/portals and processing policy downloads.
• Applied Epic experience strongly preferred.
• Experience preparing Certificates of Insurance and/or Evidence of Insurance.
• Maintain asset schedules (vehicles, residences, valuable articles, watercraft, etc.).
• Strong documentation, organization, and follow-through.
• Excellent written English and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Process policy endorsements through carrier websites and Applied Epic.
• Process policy changes and other policy transactions.
• Process cancellation notices and follow-up activities.
• Handle billing requests, follow-up documentation, and non-payment activities.
• Assist with mortgagee and lienholder requests.
• Prepare Certificates of Insurance and Evidence of Insurance.
• Assist with policy checking and document review.
• Prepare renewal documentation using PowerPoint templates for Account Executive review.
• Maintain schedules of insured assets such as vehicles and residences.
• Track open endorsements and policy transactions through completion.
• Confirm final policy documentation is filed.
• Monitor carrier portals for activity requiring follow-up or reconciliation.
• Identify missing or outdated information in client files for Account Executive review.
• Manage multiple concurrent transactions and deadlines with accurate records.
