Job summary

RealPage, Inc. is seeking a Contract Account Representative I in Manila to handle order processing and customer support. The role focuses on timely processing, collaboration with Revenue Operations, and ensuring accurate quotes and contract terms.

Initially onsite for the first 90 days, the position transitions to a hybrid setup from month four with two onsite days weekly. The candidate should be comfortable with a graveyard-oriented shift supporting US operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM desired.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage orders with agreed performance metrics.
• Escalate issues and propose solutions to Revenue Operations leads.
• Respond to internal customers promptly via email, phone, or chat.
• Maintain knowledge of standard legal agreements and product terms.
• Review orders for accuracy in pricing and contracts.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure day-to-day due diligence.
