Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience with data migrations are essential for translating business requirements into system configurations. The role emphasizes mastering conversion tools, reviewing client data practices, and maintaining data integrity across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, Technology, or related field required.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in software implementation, systems configuration, financial systems, or process-driven operational roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation and gap identification.
• Experience translating business requirements into system configurations and technical solutions.
• Proficiency with data sets, reconciliations, data validation, and migrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop mastery of the conversion tools required to implement RealPage products and services.
• Manipulate client materials into a format usable by RealPage Conversion Utilities.
• Review client practices and confirm data is converted to best utilize RealPage products.
• Perform accurate manual data entry and analyze reports as required by the implementation process.
• Review complex orders to confirm all services requested.
• Peer review of teammates’ work to meet quality standards.
• External quality assurance of teammates’ work to meet quality standards.
• Communicate with clients to resolve complex issues with submitted materials.
• Document issues encountered during implementation using tools like Salesforce.
• Meet strict deadlines and manage multiple projects.
