REALPAGE (PHILIPPINES), INC. is seeking an Implementation Analyst to analyze, validate, and convert client data into RealPage systems, ensuring accurate deployment and data integrity.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience translating business needs into system configurations. Responsibilities include mastering conversion tools, validating data migrations, collaborating with clients, and delivering projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, Technology, or related field is required.
• 2–3 years in software implementation, systems configuration, or financial/process roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation abilities.
• Experience translating business requirements into system configurations.
• Proficiency with data sets, reconciliations, data validation, and migrations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, validate, and convert client data into RealPage systems for deployment.
• Develop mastery of conversion tools used to implement RealPage products and services.
• Review client practices to ensure data is converted to optimize RealPage products.
• Enter data accurately and analyze reports as required by the implementation process.
• Review complex orders to confirm service requests are properly fulfilled.
• Peer and external QA to ensure departmental quality standards.
• Communicate with clients to resolve issues with submitted materials.
• Document issues with the implementation process using management tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects within tight timeframes.
• Assist in training and mentoring new hires.
