RealPage, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Analyst in Manila to analyze, validate, and convert client data into RealPage systems for accurate product deployments.

You will translate business requirements into system configurations with strong attention to data integrity, quality, and timely delivery. The role requires collaboration with global stakeholders and adherence to implementation standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Business, Information Systems, Technology, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in software implementation, systems configuration, financial systems, or process-driven roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation abilities.
• Experience translating business requirements into system configurations and technical solutions.
• Proficiency with data sets, reconciliations, and data validation during migrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop mastery of conversion tools for RealPage products and services.
• Prepare client data for conversion using RealPage utilities.
• Verify data integrity and ensure accurate deployments.
• Enter data manually and analyze required reports during implementation.
• Review orders to confirm requested services are included.
• Peer and external quality assurance to meet standards.
• Communicate with clients to resolve data conversion issues.
• Document issues using account management tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Keep management updated on progress and obstacles.
• Assist in training and mentoring new hires.
