Job summary

TaskUs in the Philippines is looking for an HR Generalist to support employee relations, investigations, and compliance across the organization. You will validate records, review cases, and help ensure fair treatment in alignment with the company code of conduct.

On-site role with rotating night shifts. You will advise stakeholders, handle DOLE cases, conduct FGDs and policy roadshows, and assist with grievances while maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience (BPO experience preferred on a generalist or supervisory level).
• Strong background in employee/labor relations.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Can work independently.
• Willing to work on site and on a night shift/rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Do NTE review and validation.
• Conduct the initial investigation and administrative hearing. You will make the recommendation for the decision. Ensure that the decision is aligned with the company code of conduct.
• Handle DOLE cases, be in charge of data management, and data accuracy.
• Act as the advisor to the stakeholders for all people related issues / concerns.
• Conduct FGDs and policy roadshows.
• Handle employee grievances
