Job summary

Confidential Company in Metro Manila is seeking an HR Specialist to serve night-shift employees as the primary HR contact, delivering timely HR support and handling employee relations and lifecycle processes.

You will promote a positive workplace culture, ensure consistent policy application, support compliance with Philippine labor laws, and coordinate with Operations, the Day Shift HR team, and senior HR leadership on sensitive matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in Employee Relations.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
• Ability to handle confidential matters and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage night-shift employee relations and case management.
• Maintain ER case trackers and documentation.
• Coordinate with Operations and HR leadership on complex matters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Philippine labor laws.
