Job summary

GM Philippines Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst to support the FC Business Services by establishing scalable fulfillment center networks and mastering data processes. You will validate systems, analyze data trends, and report insights to leadership, guiding improvements and automation across functions.

The role requires 5+ years in data analytics or operations, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid setting with global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in data analysis, processing, operations, contract administration, dealer/partner operations or project management.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), knowledge in Power BI dashboards, and experience managing data in enterprise and database systems.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Validate Dealer and Customer facing systems, identify root cause and alert teams of required fixes.
• Identify trends in data to drive systematic resolution.
• Develop standardized desk processes and create program outcome reports of aggregated data for stakeholders.
• Define processes or workflows to collect data required to meet organizational reporting requirements.
• Create and maintain system and process documentation.
• Data analysis and preparation of reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, KNIME to communicate trends.
