About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analytics Manager to lead our analytics operations team, drive our enterprise data strategy, and convert complex operational datasets into actionable insights. In this role, you will bridge technical data engineering, BPO operations, and executive decision-making—overseeing BI infrastructure, operational metrics, predictive modeling, and client-facing performance tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing team of data analysts and BI developers. Define operational KPIs, technical standards, and performance benchmarks.

• Build real-time dashboards for BPO metrics (SLA tracking, workforce utilization, CSAT, AHT, and profitability analysis) to drive operational efficiency and client success.

• Partner with executive leadership and client stakeholders to align analytics initiatives with core business goals and enterprise reporting frameworks.

• Collaborate with Data Engineering to oversee reporting systems and data pipelines while enforcing strict data hygiene, client confidentiality, and compliance.

• Execute exploratory data analysis, predictive forecasting, volume modeling, and process optimization for robust capacity planning.

• Translate complex technical findings into compelling stories and presentations for internal leadership, operations leads, and external BPO clients.

About you

• Direct experience in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry is required.

• 7+ years in analytics or business intelligence, including 3+ years managing direct reports within a BPO environment.

• Advanced SQL proficiency; hands-on experience with modern BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).

• Working knowledge of Python or R for statistical analysis, process automation, and handling large operational datasets.

• Proven track record of leveraging analytics to optimize BPO operations, manage client SLAs, improve profit margins, and scale service delivery.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Must be fully comfortable working 100% on-site at Eastwood, Quezon City.

• Must be aligned with working a standard Night Shift / Graveyard schedule.
