Job summary

General Motors Philippines in Manila seeks a skilled analytics professional to support the Global Ops Coe across multiple regions. You will build and maintain dashboards, deliver training, and ensure consistent reporting while driving process improvements and user access management.

You will collaborate globally, develop test plans, and maintain documentation, including training materials. This role requires a hybrid setup with night shifts, trainings, and executive visits as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years in process transformation and dashboard reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, Databricks, KNIME.
• Experience with Lean/Operational Excellence and Design Thinking.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class support for the GM Sales Reporting function and user access management.
• Develop training materials and deliver training to a global audience.
• Create standardized reports and dashboards to enhance customer experience.
• Design reusable test cases and validate functionality during UAT.
• Maintain operations processes, desk procedures, and documentation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with partners across regions.
