Job summary

Origo BPO Pty in Angeles, Philippines is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst (Nightshift US) to lead forecasting, budgeting and strategic financial planning. You will develop advanced financial models, analyze performance, and provide insights to executives, reporting to the VP of FP&A.

The role requires 8–10+ years in financial analysis or FP&A, Power BI and SQL skills, Excel mastery, and experience across multi-location operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 8-10+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance.
• Experience with Power BI and SQL for dashboards and data validation.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong communication to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of financial models for forecasting and budgeting.
• Analyze performance, trends and key drivers for executive decision-making.
• Support annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting across locations.
• Perform variance analysis and identify business drivers affecting performance.
• Develop dashboards, reports and presentations for senior management.
• Provide financial recommendations on cost optimization and revenue growth.
• Conduct scenario analyses and assess financial impact of initiatives.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
