Job summary

GM Philippines Inc. is seeking a highly motivated professional to join the Global Ops Coe in Manila. You will support the North American Sales Operations Team by developing, implementing, and maintaining reporting tools, dashboards, and training materials to enable world-class delivery and customer experiences.

You will work on a hybrid schedule, participate in cross-functional initiatives, and contribute to process improvements using Lean, Agile, and analytics methodologies.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, IT or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in process transformation, developing reports and dashboards, or consulting.
• Working knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, Databricks and KNIME.
• Experience with Agile / Scrum framework is preferable; end-to-end test cycles experience preferable.
• Detail oriented with strong business acumen and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in developing training manuals and conducting training is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class support for the GM Sales Reporting function, including access management and ongoing reporting for multiple regions.
• Support communication to business users and stakeholders.
• Develop and present training materials to a global audience.
• Develop standardized reporting tools and dashboards to enhance customer experience.
• Design and maintain reusable test cases and test plans for current and future testing.
• Provide clear status in reporting during UAT and escalation when needed.
• Update and maintain operations processes, desk procedures and documentation.
• Collaborate globally and cross-functionally across partners and business functions.
