Job summary

KMC Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Investor Reporting Analyst (Finance) to support US-based clients with financial reporting, reconciliation, and data analysis. This onsite role in Cebu IT Park requires strong Excel skills and experience in finance-related operations, with a night shift aligned to US Pacific Time.

Ideal candidates have a finance or accounting background, 1–2 years of experience, and excellent English communication to collaborate with onshore teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related analytical field.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, reconciliation, reporting, data analysis, or related field is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant finance or accounting experience or internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical and numerical reasoning skills with the ability to work with data accurately.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication with US onshore team.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial reporting, reconciliation, research, and data analysis at assigned account, loan, or pool levels.
• Review data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with procedures.
• Conduct reconciliations and investigate discrepancies, variances, and exceptions.
• Identify patterns and anomalies requiring investigation or resolution.
• Prepare and update reports, trackers, and documentation within deadlines.
• Support documentation and maintenance of policies and process guidelines.
