Job summary

TOA Global is seeking a dependable Finance Support Specialist to join a dynamic international finance team in Cebu City. You will lead FP&A activities, build robust financial models, and deliver data-driven insights to senior leadership.

The role requires 2+ years in FP&A, advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, and familiarity with Carta and Claude AI. Work onsite with a Monday–Friday night shift, coordinating with North American markets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on FP&A or equivalent analytical role.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills including data modeling and complex formulas.
• Familiarity with Carta, Claude AI or other LLMs for documentation processing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle granular financial data.

Responsibilities

• Execute core financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Review financial packages, capitalization tables, and ownership details.
• Perform reconciliations of portfolio metrics and identify anomalies.
• Drive process automation using cloud tools and advanced spreadsheets.
• Cross-check figures between schedules and investor reports for accuracy.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation for forecasting, tracking, and compliance.
