Job summary

Hubexo, operating in the Philippines as BCI Centra, seeks a Junior Financial Planning Analyst to join our multinational team. The role supports month-end variance analysis, forecasting, dashboards, and financial reporting.

You will collaborate across remote teams and provide insights into financial and business performance. The ideal candidate has at least two years in FP&A or a similar function, strong Excel skills, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in FP&A or similar roles.
• Experience in multinational companies and with remote teams is preferred.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis skills.
• Proven financial modelling and data storytelling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare month end actuals to budget variance and KPI analysis.
• Analyze monthly variance and provide analysis with graphs and charts.
• Gather data from multiple sources including databases and reports.
• Assist in periodic and ad hoc forecasts and annual budget.
• Prepare monthly commission calculations and build computation models.
• Deliver timely management reports and KPI dashboards in templates.
• Support forward view projections and explain variances to budget/forecast.
• Perform routine and ad hoc analyses of financial and non-financial data.
• Develop dashboards to facilitate presentation of financial data.
