KMC Solutions in Cebu City seeks an Investor Reporting/Investor Accounting Analyst II to join our finance team. This mid-level role emphasizes accurate financial analysis and reporting for mortgage servicing rights (MSR) and investor accounts, with a focus on process improvements and compliance.

You will apply analytical methods, support client meetings, and mentor junior analysts while ensuring timely, compliant reporting and clear documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or closely related field.
• Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting; strong documentation and communication skills.
• Familiar with Investor Servicing Guides, Pooling & Servicing Agreements, and compliance basics.
• Experience with PMSI Q, MSP Navigator, and investor websites for reporting requirements.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and internal teams, both written and verbally.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in training or mentoring junior analysts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform the 7 R's (Reporting, Remitting, Reconciliation, Research, Root Cause Identification, Resolution, Remediation) at loan and pool levels with minimal supervision.
• Apply mathematical and statistical techniques to track investor reporting and test cash exceptions.
• Participate in client meetings, propose actionable solutions, and maintain records of interactions using templates.
• Complete monthly client performance reports, update key metrics, and identify trends or aged items.
• Contribute to team projects and process improvements to optimize efficiency and consistency.
• Lead at least two process improvements annually, focusing on automation and streamlined communication.
• Mentor and train junior analysts on investor reporting processes and tools.
• Follow policies and checklists for cut-off activities to meet reporting deadlines; document in Confluence.
