Job summary

Capacita Human Resource Management Consultancy in Alabang, Muntinlupa is seeking a Finance Operations Specialist to manage the expense platform, ensure complete and timely data, and prepare management reports. You will work with Excel and BI tools, coordinating with Finance and HR to improve reporting processes.

The role starts onsite during an initial training period (60–90 days) before shifting to a hybrid work setup, with opportunities for growth and development in a modern analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a finance-related field or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in finance operations or expense reporting.
• Experience with expense management systems is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with BI/reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the expense management platform, including user access and configurations.
• Review and process expense information with proper coding and compliance.
• Generate regular financial and management reports for stakeholders.
• Analyze spending patterns, budget utilization, and financial data.
• Investigate discrepancies and ensure data accuracy across reporting systems.
• Develop dashboards and visual reports using BI tools.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, and other teams to resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and streamline processes.
• Support additional finance operations and reporting needs as required.
