Qualifications

• At least 1 year of BPO outbound sales/telemarketing/appointment-setting/lead-generation experience.
• Strong English proficiency with good conversational skills and energy.
• Ability to maintain high activity levels in metrics-driven environments.
• Strong resilience and ability to handle frequent rejection while maintaining productivity.
• Willingness to work permanent night shifts and on-site schedules.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers from assigned lead lists.
• Engage customers through effective opening statements and sales conversations.
• Qualify leads and identify opportunities for conversion.
• Manage lead pipelines by prioritizing follow-up activities and contact attempts.
