Job summary

KamelMedia's ScoutIQ unit in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Dental Billing Specialist to support U.S. client workflows from the KamelBPO office. You will manage the billing queue, post payments, resolve denials, and follow up on AR using Open Dental, Dentrix, or Eaglesoft, while maintaining strict privacy and accuracy.

The role requires strong English communication, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work in U.S. business hours from an onsite Philippines location.

Qualifications

• Experience with U.S. dental billing and revenue cycle workflows.
• Hands-on posting of EOBs/ERAs and AR follow-ups.
• Proficient in dental practice management systems.
• Strong written and spoken English and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review and work dental billing exceptions in the queue.
• Post EOB/ERA payments and adjustments.
• Investigate claim denials and document findings.
• Follow up on accounts receivable and outstanding claims.
• Use client’s dental PM systems and clearinghouses; escalate when needed.
• Maintain clear records following client workflows.
