Job summary

Vector Outsourcing Solutions Philippines seeks a Dental Billing Specialist to support US dental clinics with billing, collections and payments posting. You will create accurate claims, track status, and correspond with clinics for supporting information.

The role requires attention to detail, data entry speed, and availability for night shifts. Fresh graduates are welcome, with a preference for 1–2 years of medical billing experience. Work-from-home setup is supported.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome; candidates with 1–2 years of medical billing experience have higher chances.
• Knowledge of Insurance policy types (PPO/HMO) preferred but not required.
• Ability to navigate Healthcare Practice Management systems and dental billing workflows (preferred).
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and time management.
• Data entry speed 40 WPM or better.
• Willing to work in shifting schedules, mostly night shift.
• Ability to work from home with reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate dental insurance claims for US clinics to maximize reimbursement.
• Track insurance claim status, appeal and correct denied claims.
• Coordinate with dental clinics to obtain supporting claim information.
• Identify denial patterns and help implement preventive billing policies.
