Remote Genie in the Philippines is seeking a Dental Claims Specialist to manage and process dental insurance claims, resolve issues, and support clients with timely, accurate postings and communications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on collections experience.
• Background in dental insurance or collections industries.
• Strong command of verbal and written English, with little to no accent.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on outstanding insurance claims and document communications in the patient account.
• Send out claims and attachments to insurance.
• Determine denial validity and address them properly.
• Generate EFT reports and post payments.
• Update weekly office tracker with payments posted and ensure rejected claims are addressed.
• Resubmit and reprocess claims, including grievances and appeals.
• Identify insurance process updates and communicate findings with the team.
