Swift-up in the Philippines (Mabalacat, Pampanga) is seeking an experienced Medical Biller to handle U.S. healthcare billing, DME workflows, and denials management. The role requires strong English communication and proficient Excel skills for posting payments and generating simple reports.

You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve claim-related issues, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance while processing EOBs/RA reconciliations and DME documentation.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in healthcare billing, claims, and denial management.
• Strong understanding of insurance rules; HCPCS/CPT familiarity preferred.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, organizing data).
• Detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Process and submit claims to insurance payers.
• Post payments and reconcile EOBs/RAs.
• Review, correct, and refile denied or rejected claims.
• Handle DME billing requirements and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and follow compliance standards.
