MicroSourcing International is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support Coaches by facilitating Zoom sessions and managing attendance for sessions with children. The role includes tracking points, taking notes, and sharing assets like slides and games to ensure engaging activities.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year 6 months customer service experience (fresh graduates welcome).
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Knowledge of Zoom and basic computer literacy preferred.
• Ability to report onsite as needed.
• Capable of decisive actions in urgent situations.
• Open to college undergraduates and senior high school students.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate smooth Zoom sessions for children.
• Record attendance and points earned by participants.
• Take detailed notes on significant events and discussions.
• Share session assets (slides, games, music) with children.
• Roster creation and scheduling tasks delegated by the client.
• Observe behaviour of Coaches and children and report red flags.
• Log verbal or chat-related concerns or incidents.
