Job summary

The ideal candidate has 0–1 year and 6 months of customer service experience, strong English communication, and is available to work onsite with night shifts; open to undergraduates and senior high school students, reliable, proactive, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist Coaches in facilitating Zoom sessions for participants.
• Record attendance and track points earned by participants.
• Take detailed notes and share session assets with participants.
• Log red flags or incidents observed during sessions.
• Roster creation and scheduling tasks as directed by the client.
