Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Coaching Assistant to support Coaches during Zoom sessions with children. The role includes recording attendance, tracking points, taking session notes, and sharing assets like slides and activities.

You will roster in advance, reschedule as needed, and help monitor participant behavior for any red flags. Onsite night shifts in Eastwood, Quezon City require reliable, team-oriented individuals.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or career shifters welcome; 0–1 year plus experience is acceptable.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Willingness to report onsite as needed and respond promptly.
• Knowledge of Zoom and basic computer literacy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate smooth Zoom sessions with children and coaches.

• Take detailed notes on events and discussions in sessions.

• Create roster, reschedule and handle changes as directed by the client.
• Observe behavior and report red flags during sessions.

Job Summary

The Coaching Assistant will ensure that the Zoom sessions with participants run smoothly. This position supports Coaches by handling various tasks, including recording attendance, tracking points accumulated by participants, and taking important notes during the sessions. The Coaching Assistant will also be responsible for sharing assets such as slides, games, music, and other activities, as well as observing and logging any red flags or notable behaviours, whether verbal or via chat.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Coaches in facilitating smooth Zoom sessions with children.
• Record attendance and track points earned by children during sessions.
• Take detailed notes on significant events and discussions that occur during the sessions.
• Share session assets, including slides, games, music, and other activities, with children.
• Roster creation, record skip sessions in the roster, rescheduling and other tasks delegated by the client. Tasks changes based on the business needs, expansion and progress.
• Observe the behaviour of both Coaches and children during sessions and report any red flags.
• Log any verbal or chat-related concerns or incidents that arise during the session.

Qualifications

• 0 - 1 year and 6 months Customer Service Experience (Fresh Graduates and Career Shifters are also acceptable)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Preferred but not required: Knowledge of Zoom and basic computer literacy.
• Ability to report onsite as needed.
• Capability to make sound decisions in urgent situations.
• Open to college undergraduates and senior high school students.
• Reliable, highly responsive, and confident.
• Proactive, and able to respond promptly.
• Strong organisational and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work in a team environment and support Coaches effectively.
