SVCPH Inc. is seeking a customer support professional to address customer inquiries, record interactions, and ensure satisfaction. The role emphasizes a professional, upbeat attitude and effective communication in English.

Candidate must be willing to work full-time night shifts and onsite at Cebu IT Park, with flexibility for weekend schedule changes. This position offers opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to a customer-centric team.

Competenze

• Clear speaking voice and neutral/American English accent.
• At least 6 months of BPO experience.
• Excellent English communication—written and verbal.
• Strong customer service and administrative skills; accurate typing and spelling.

Mansioni

• Receives calls, emails, and other communications from customers.
• Accurately records interactions, purchases, remarks, and complaints.
• Ensures customer satisfaction and provides professional support.
• Maintains optimistic, sympathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
• Provides excellent customer care and employs sales strategies.
• Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.
