This full-time night-shift role emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and accuracy in documenting interactions while contributing to customer satisfaction and service quality.

Qualifications

• High School graduate required.
• At least 6 months of BPO experience.
• Must provide a Certificate of Employment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Nuvali and full-time night/graveyard shift.
• Not currently a student.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in line with defined KPIs and service standards.
• Identify customer needs by asking questions and clarifying concerns.
• Deliver accurate and timely solutions using available tools and resources.
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and with empathy.
• Build rapport with customers while maintaining efficiency.
• Maintain working knowledge of client products and services.
• Accurately document customer interactions and update records.
