Responsibilities

• Handle all facets of assigned account management including order fulfillment, open order management, and service resolution as primary liaison between customers and internal teams.
• Review and maintain open orders to resolve delivery, billing, and status issues; document delays and changes.
• Answer incoming/outgoing calls and emails to ensure customer satisfaction with professional communication.
• Document customer interactions by recording inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
• Resolve issues by using all resources and coordinating with leadership when needed.
• Understand and review Credits & Return Goods Authorizations and Debits; liaise with Support Team for resolution.
• Collaborate with Distribution Centers, supply chain and sales to meet order fulfillment requirements.
