The role requires 2 years of college or an associate/bachelor degree, excellent English communication, and strong computer skills (Excel/Word/Outlook).

Qualifications

• 2 years of college or an Associate/Bachelor degree completed.
• Excellent oral and written communication.

• Able to work night shift (Philippine time).
• Eligible for overtime/rest days when required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer service and supply order calls, and respond to customer emails.

• Operate across multiple systems/platforms and balance tasks.
