Job summary

Abbott in Taguig City is seeking a Client Services Representative to shape Abbott Rapid Diagnostics' image with customers, vendors and business partners. You will handle inbound customer service and supply order calls, as well as responding to customer emails.

The role requires outstanding service orientation and clear communication, with flexibility to operate across systems, multitask across platforms, and maintain confidentiality in line with HIPAA.

Qualifications

• Completed at least 2 years in College or with an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Basic Excel, Word and Outlook experience required.
• Strong Computer/Software Skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Must be flexible to work on a night shift (between 6 :00 PM to 10 :00 AM Philippine Standard Time).
• Must be amenable to work on Overtime or during Rest Days when business requests for additional (paid) hours.
• Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
