Job summary

The role requires at least two years of college or an associate/bachelor degree, excellent communication, basic Excel/Word/Outlook skills, and willingness to work a night shift with possible overtime.

Qualifications

• Two years of college completed or an Associate/Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Basic Excel, Word and Outlook experience.
• Strong computer/software skills.
• Detail-oriented and accurate.
• Willing to work night shifts (Philippine time 6:00 PM–10:00 AM) and overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer service and supply order calls.
• Respond to customer emails promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Monitor multiple reporting platforms and email queues.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction while safeguarding confidentiality (HIPAA).
