Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course required.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns related to home loan insurance services.
• Assist customers with account, policy, and insurance-related requests.
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions based on established procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
• Review customer information and ensure accurate documentation of interactions.
• Coordinate with relevant teams when escalation or additional assistance is required.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.
• Follow account policies, procedures, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Meet established productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
