Job Summary

The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, resolve concerns, and deliver excellent customer service while following account procedures and quality standards.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of home loan insurance experience supporting a US account / or 1 year CSR exp
• Must be a Bachelor's Degree graduate of any 4-year course
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Good attention to detail and ability to handle customer concerns professionally
• Willing to work onsite in Alabang Town Center
• Amenable to a night shift schedule, 9:00 PM–6:00 AM PH Time
• Available to start on October 26, 2026
