You will ensure clear communication among clients, contractors, suppliers and internal teams, while monitoring schedules, budgets and quality to deliver on-time results.

The role requires coordination of drawings, measurements, and takeoffs, with a focus on accuracy and timely updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field required.
• Experience coordinating construction, interior fit-out, or countertop projects preferred.
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and project documentation is essential.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities to meet schedule and specifications.
• Serve as primary contact between clients, contractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Review project details, drawings, contracts, and records; ensure documentation is accurate.
• Assist in scheduling site visits, measurements, fabrication and installation activities.
• Monitor progress and prepare status reports for management and clients.
• Track materials and subcontractor schedules; manage RFIs and changes in scope.
• Collaborate with accounting/finance for billing and expenses.
• Support post-installation reviews and resolve client concerns.
• Prepare project estimates and takeoffs from drawings and specs for budgeting.
