MicroSourcing in Ortigas, Pasig City is seeking a Project Coordinator to set up and maintain projects in OpenAir (SuiteProjects Pro), ensuring data aligns with contracts and internal requirements. You'll collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Finance, and Operations to keep project data accurate, support billing, perform system audits, and manage user access.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail and strong organization in a hybrid, night-shift setup.

Responsibilities

• Create new projects in OpenAir based on approved contracts and SOWs.
• Enter project details including customer information, billing terms, project dates, budgets, and assigned resources.
• Review contracts and compare information to project setup to ensure accuracy.
• Update existing projects as changes are approved.
• Perform routine audits of projects to ensure information is complete and accurate.
• Identify and report discrepancies between contracts and system records.
• Set up new users and assign appropriate system permissions.
• Process user updates and offboarding requests.
• Maintain user records and access controls.
• Communicate with Sales, Delivery, Finance, HR, and Operations teams regarding project setup requirements.
• Follow up on missing information needed to create or update projects.
• Escalate issues or discrepancies when necessary.
• Assist users with basic OpenAir questions and troubleshooting.
• Maintain process documentation and follow standard operating procedures.
• Support special projects and system cleanup activities as assigned.
• Assist with project billing preparation and validation.
• Review project data to ensure billing information is accurate.
