Job summary

Beehive-BPO Corp is seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee countertop projects from initiation to completion for our client, Marjan Stone. The role requires coordinating clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams while tracking schedules, budgets, and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in PM/Construction/Engineering/Architecture or related field.
• Experience coordinating countertop/construction projects is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials and documentation.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD/Bluebeam/Moraware is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently or in a team.
• Experience in estimation/takeoffs.
• Willing and able to work permanent NIGHT SHIFT schedule.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities per schedule and specs.
• Serve as primary contact between clients, contractors, suppliers and teams.
• Review drawings and requirements; maintain project documentation and records.
• Assist in scheduling site visits, measurements, fabrication and installation.
• Monitor progress and prepare status reports for management and clients.
• Track materials, deliveries and subcontractor schedules.
• Address project-related issues, RFIs and scope changes promptly.
• Collaborate with accounting for billing and expenses.
• Support post-installation reviews and resolve client concerns.
• Prepare project estimates and takeoffs for budgeting and material planning.
