Job summary

Altrue is hiring a Credentialing Associate to support provider onboarding, credentialing, and compliance for U.S.-based healthcare operations. This full-time role runs on a night shift (9:00 PM–6:00 AM Manila Time) and is open to onsite work in Urdaneta City or Makati City, or remote work if permitted by the client.

You will manage credentialing applications, verify documents, track expirations, support audits, and coordinate with providers, payers, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in healthcare credentialing or medical administration.
• Familiarity with credentialing workflows and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Comfortable working with online portals and databases.
