Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking a Bookkeeper for onsite night shifts. You will record, reconcile, and manage AP/AR, while maintaining QuickBooks and coordinating with Stripe and Bill.com for payments.

You will support month-end close, ensure accurate records, and maintain organized digital files for audits. Excellent attention to detail and independent work style are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance support.
• Hands-on bookkeeping with accuracy and integrity.
• Experience with QuickBooks for daily bookkeeping and reconciliations.
• Familiarity with payment workflows using Stripe and Bill.com.

Responsibilities

• Record, maintain, and reconcile financial transactions to ensure accurate records.
• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, including invoices and payments.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit card transactions, and payment records; investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain QuickBooks entries and ensure currency and ledgers are up to date.
• Monitor customer payments via Stripe and reconcile transactions; resolve issues as needed.
• Oversee bill approvals and vendor payments using Bill.com; ensure timely processing.
• Assist with month-end reconciliations and financial reporting for the Finance Manager.
• Maintain organized digital financial records for audits and reviews.
• Resolve discrepancies through coordination with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Provide general bookkeeping and administrative support to Finance.
