Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring an Expert Bookkeeper for an onsite, night-shift role in Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City. You will record, reconcile, and manage AP/AR across platforms such as QuickBooks Online and Xero, while ensuring accurate financial records.

You’ll handle daily sales across Stripe, PayPal, eWay, and Square, and produce monthly cash-flow reports for management review. You will work with tools like Power BI and Salesforce, maintain compliance, and support payroll and client services to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Xero for daily bookkeeping and reconciliation.
• Proficient in data tracking and reporting tools (Excel/Google Sheets, Power BI, Salesforce).
• Experience managing high-volume payments and refunds through major gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Square, eWay).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to maintain financial integrity.

Responsibilities

• Record, reconcile, and maintain financial transactions across platforms (QuickBooks/Xero).
• Oversee end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
• Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements; investigate discrepancies.
• Process daily sales and refunds across multiple gateways (Stripe, PayPal, eWay, Square).
• Prepare reports on cash flow, sales, and variances for management.
• Maintain organized digital records and support audits.
• Provide payroll support and high-touch client service.
