Job summary

You will manage complex requests end-to-end, coordinate with internal partners, and ensure timely issue resolution while driving process improvements. You will mentor colleagues, strengthen controls, and contribute to efficient client experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• 7+ years in asset management, banking, custody, treasury services, or related financial services.
• Strong communication with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Proven ownership of complex servicing or operational matters.
• Experience onboarding, account maintenance, or fund operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and standard office apps.
• Ability to coach colleagues and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day servicing for institutional clients and managers until completion.
• Investigate complex operational matters including settlements and cash management.
• Provide clear, timely updates to clients, stakeholders and internal partners.
• Escalate risks and document issues per procedures and controls.
• Coordinate onboarding for new clients, accounts, and funds.
• Review onboarding and maintenance docs for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Tax, Compliance, and Legal to resolve dependencies.
• Mentor colleagues through coaching and knowledge sharing on complex cases.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and strengthen controls.
