Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Senior Associate in Global Liquidity Client Services to support institutional clients through onboarding, maintenance, and day-to-day servicing. You will independently manage complex requests, coordinate with internal partners, and ensure timely issue resolution with a focus on controls and process improvements.

You will mentor colleagues, communicate clearly with clients and senior stakeholders, and contribute to efficiency gains across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• 7 years of relevant experience in asset management, banking, custody, treasury services, or related financial services.
• Experience handling complex client servicing or operational matters with end-to-end ownership and stakeholder management.
• Onboarding, account maintenance, fund operations, cash management, or related operational support.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making with risk and controls in mind.
• Ability to coach or mentor colleagues through guidance or training.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard office applications.
• Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities in a control-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day servicing for institutional clients and client account managers.
• Investigate and resolve complex operational matters including settlements and cash management.
• Communicate timely updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Escalate material risks and document issues per controls.
• Coordinate onboarding for new clients, accounts, and funds.
• Review onboarding and maintenance documentation for accuracy and adherence to procedures.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies and deliver outcomes.
• Mentor colleagues through coaching and knowledge sharing.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and strengthen controls.
• Drive workflow, reporting, and automation improvements from requirements to implementation.
