Virtual Champs Global, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Appointment Setter / Sales professional to support our growing SaaS sales and marketing efforts in General Santos City.

This onsite role involves high-volume outreach, nurturing prospects, and coordinating demos to move leads through multiple stages. The ideal candidate will respond quickly to inbound inquiries, engage prospects across email, LinkedIn, calls, and messages, and collaborate with leadership to drive pipeline.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, Business Development, or Inside Sales.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and managing automated outreach workflows preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple lead sources and prioritize opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads within one hour across multiple lead sources.
• Engage prospects through email, LinkedIn, direct messaging, and phone outreach.
• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social outreach.
• Nurture leads through stages including first demos, follow-ups, and second demo coordination.
• Answer prospect questions thoughtfully and accurately to build trust.
• Guide qualified prospects toward scheduling meetings with the sales team.
• Manage and follow structured workflows inside HubSpot CRM.
• Execute and optimize email sequences, follow-up cadences, and lead nurturing campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and pipeline updates in the CRM.
• Qualify leads based on company fit, urgency, operational needs, and buying intent.
• Re-engage existing contacts from trade shows, inbound campaigns, and other channels.
• Collaborate with leadership on sales and marketing initiatives and pipeline organization.
