Job summary

Manulife MBPS in Manila seeks an Annuity Services Coordinator to support day-to-day administration of annuity contracts. You’ll respond to inquiries, process non-financial transactions, and ensure requests meet SLAs while delivering excellent customer service.

Key duties include routing work, updating back-office systems, supporting VOA, and maintaining accuracy and productivity in a hybrid schedule with fixed night shifts.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in life insurance or annuity operations.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, insurance, or related field preferred.
• At least 6 months of call center experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide support relating to Manulife Annuity products, VAPS/APV & related systems.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from clients, advisors, and internal partners.
• Deliver accurate information and effective resolution of inquiries while maintaining high service levels.
• Support service partners and contact centre teams by contributing to First Call Resolution (FCR).
• Process non-financial annuity transactions accurately and within established service standards.
• Maintain and update back-office systems with complete and accurate information.
